Do I have to be at home when you deliver?

Nope. But leave a cooler out for us to keep your produce fresh and crisp. We will leave your box of produce by your door, or anywhere else if you give us special instructions.

Do you use only 100% organic fruits & veggies?

Absolutely. We make no exceptions in our principles on standing for organic produce, and you shouldn't either.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express cards. You will be billed automatically the day after your delivery is made.

I have a social coupon, do I need a credit card for it?

Nope! You already paid for it. We have a special sign up process just for you, just click here to get started. After you receive your box of produce, we would love to have you decide to join us, and if you do it's as simple as logging in and adding your payment information.

Where do I tell you what produce I like and don't like?

Log in to your account and click on 'Favorites' on the side menu. We've developed a super simple, totally awesome way for you to tell us your likes. Then when we create your order for the next delivery, we look at that list and make adjustments to your menu so there's nothing on it that you don't like.

What do I do with the box?

We strive to be a 99% waste free company and do everything in our power to recycle or reuse every last bit of anything. If your box is in good shape, we will use it again, and if not we will recycle it, so please leave your box and any packaging (like ice packs) out on your next delivery day, and your driver will pick it up.

Is the 50% off discount good for anyone?

The 50% off discount is only good for your very first box. It is also only for those who sign up for service via our website. It is not for gifts or raffles.
