Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients


1 lb asparagus (16 spears)
2 tbsp olive oil



 



1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp garlic, crushed
salt & pepper to taste
cooking spray


Directions


Break off the woody stems of the asparagus
Toss in olive oil, vinegar & garlic, season with salt & pepper

To Cook:

Option A: spray a skillet with cooking spray & cook on stove top, 5-10 minutes

Option B: 
1) Pre-heat oven to 425
2) Lay in a single layer in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake 6-10 minutes
