5 Cups Chopped Turnip Greens
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)
1 Onion
6 Cloves Garlic
1 Dash Tobasco
Salt - to taste
Optional - Crushed red pepper (to taste/add heat)
1. Combine ingredients in large stock pot
2. Cook over medium heat, until greens wither/cook down
3. Stir occasionally until greens reach desired tenderness
