- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons finely minced red onion
- 1 chili from a can of chipotle chilies in adobo sauce (I purchased at Whole Foods), minced
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro leaves
- Half a gala apple, skin left on, finely dice
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher to get desired consistency.
