Crispy Cinnamon Apple Chips

5-8 Apples Sliced thinly
2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
Thinly slice apples. Place in bowl and combined lemon juice cinnamon and apples. Mix throughly so all the apples are covered with the lemon juice and cinnamon. Place neatly onto dehyrdator plates. Leave for about 15-17 hours. I like them crunchy, so I leave them on for 17 hours or longer, if I can resist the erge of eating them all!
