Ingredients
2 pound bunch kale
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup chicken stock
Directions
- Wash, trim and chop the kale.
- In a large pot heat oil and lightly saute garlic.
- Add kale and chicken stock.
- Cook covered for 12 minutes.
