Braised Kale

Ingredients


2 pound bunch kale 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
3 cloves garlic, minced 
3/4 cup chicken stock


Directions



  1. Wash, trim and chop the kale.

  2. In a large pot heat oil and lightly saute garlic.

  3. Add kale and chicken stock.

  4. Cook covered for 12 minutes.
