fresh spinach leaves (as much as you like)
1 ripe avocado
half of a medium-sized cucumber (chopped)
half of a red bell pepper (chopped)
half a stalk of celery (chopped)
1-2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds.
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
Combine ingredients and sprinkle with juice of one lemon, the flaxseeds and the almonds.
