> Winter Crunch Salad
- 1 cup very small broccoli florets
- 1 cup very small cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup 365 Everyday Value Organic Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon zest and 2 tablespoons juice from 1 orange
- 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 1 Pink Lady apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup 365 Everyday Value Roasted & Salted Cashews, chopped
Put all ingredients except for cashews into a large bowl and toss well. Scatter cashews over the top and serve. Or, cover and chill salad for 8 hours or overnight, add cashews and serve.
