Crockpot Veggie Heaven

Ingredients

• Carrots


• White Onion


• Leeks


• Kale


• Purple Potatoes


• Celery

3 Cups of water

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Grab all your left over veggies, chop them up to preferred size. Place them in your crock pot- add your 3 cups of water and let cook for 4-6 hours. Your house will begin to start smelling delicious and basically be a hero in your house!
