Shamrock shake

Ingredients


1-2 scoops vanilla protein
1 cup chopped kale
1-2 cups almond or coconut milk
3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2-1 whole banana


Directions


Prepare ahead. Cut all fruit into one inch chunks and freeze. Place all ingredients in blender and puree.
