- 1 ripe organic banana
- 1/4 cup raw organic x-tra virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp. organic cinnamon
- 1 tsp. organic fair trade vanilla
1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into silicone ice cube trays. Freeze for several hours before serving.
(Note: Store fudge in freezer until ready to serve.)
